JAMA B. LANOGAN
Proprietor/Founder Jama Lanogan, JBL BPO Solution's proprietor, has over 20 years of expertise in General Accounting, Finance, and Management. She holds a degree in Accountancy from Baguio City in the Pearl of the Orient Seas, Philippines. She has served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Finance Advisor, and Finance Manager in a variety of small to large-sized businesses in different industries globally. Her mission is to HELP every business achieve financial success via excellence and honest dealings, while also combatting job unemployment in the community and providing service with a purpose. |

JULIUS C. LANOGAN
Company Consultant Julius Lanogan has five years of experience as a private firm manager and is currently a consultant and coach for the JBL BPO Solution company. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in Baguio City, Philippines. He possesses strong managerial abilities, as well as effective leadership and communication abilities. He currently owns and operates his own construction company, Prayhard Construction Services. His objective as a company consultant is to counsel and uplift all of the JBL BPO Solution staff members. He supports and strengthens each team member's professional excellence as well as their spiritual growth. He ensures that the company's mission and vision are met, as well as its core values are upheld. In keeping with his responsibilities, he discusses and resolves all of the team's concerns and reservations. |
